HACCP认证提供了一个履行HACCP七大原则，以及管理食物安全风险的管理体系。它不但通过加强预防，纠正和持续改善，提供了在食物安全和食物品质管理方面的保证，它更是生产安全，稳定和高品质的食品标志。

Internationally, the food industry mainly uses the HACCP food safety management system as the goal, the world famous international certification ( RvA Certification Board of Holland ) and SQF2000 ( Western Australian Department of Agriculture ), their certification standard is built on ( food exemplar ), used in the food industry, such as: producers, processors, transport, storage and distribution of various aspects, SQF2000 is different from RvA, mainly in the SQF2000 ISO9000 contains the main elements.
