从今年6月份起，我们按照ISO9001：2008质量管理体系要求，建立了文件化的质量管理体系，体系运行已经三个月。人事行政部的主要职能是文件、记录控制；人力资源控制。
From June this year, we according to the ISO9001: 2008 quality management system requirements, the establishment of a document of the quality management system, system has been running for three months. The personnel administration department 's main function is to document, record control; human resource control.
一、     文件保管控制：依据质量手册及程序要求，制定了各项制度及岗位职责，文件基本到位，今后需不断完善。按ISO9001：2008标准要求，对文件的保管、发放、作废进行了控制。
A file storage, control : on the basis of quality manual and procedure requirements, developed the system and post responsibility, basic file in place, the future need to be perfected ceaselessly. According to ISO9001 : 2008 standard requirements, to keep documents, issuing, voided the control.
二、     记录保管控制：对于其他部门上交保管的记录，做好保管、贮存等工作。

三、 人力资源控制：根据岗位资格要求，编制了年度培训计划，根据实际情况安排完成了五方面的培训工作，组织培训6次，取得了良好的培训效果。特别是ISO9001：2008标准的培训，从以前的一无所知、到初步认识，虽然认识上还是初级价段，但经过了体系运行，经过了实践，体会比较深刻。操作工、检验员通过培训，提高了岗位操作能力等等。

四、     质量方针目标实施情况
Four, the implementation of the quality policy objectives
培训计划完成率100%：公司从体系导入至今共制定6项培训计划，现已全部完成，完成率100%，符合质量目标的要求。

五、 改进方面：建立了公司内部网络，提高了管理档次。

六、 改进建议：妥善利用公司的软件管理优势，引入到办公管理系统中。
